Testimonials:

Beth Randall as a Professional Organizing Coach

It is said that people come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. Beth Randall definitely came into mine for a reason: to be my professional organizing coach and mentor. Through an almost serendipitous meeting, I quickly realized that this was a person from whom I could learn crucial skills and who genuinely wanted to see me succeed. I liked her instantly, and the longer I know her, the more I respect her.

Beth is a great combination of professionalism, knowledge, focus and compassion. She has created a coaching program and manual that provide great detail on the necessary steps to take in starting a professional organizing business. As she herself stresses, why reinvent the wheel? Better to learn from someone who has had success already and hit the ground running!

After shadowing Beth on a job, I really came to appreciate how good she is at what she does. She is also business savvy and focused on maximizing her profit, while at the same time approachable and friendly. She provides guidance on not only what has worked for her, but also what has worked for other professional organizers. And she genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

The belief that we are all better for sharing information and helping one another succeed is at the core of Beth’s success as a coach. She sees the value in training professional organizers, so that the industry as a whole is well represented by qualified professionals. She has a gift and has chosen to share it, much to the benefit of students like myself.

I must talk about Beth a lot, because even though my husband has not yet met her, he has commented to me more than once that, “Beth really seems to have her act together. She’s sharp and you are learning so much from her. You’re so lucky to have met her.” And you know, he’s absolutely right! Thanks, Beth!

The most valuable thing that Beth has offered me in her mentoring program is honest and trustworthy feedback for my ideas and growth potential. My business is in its infancy stages and Beth has been very supportive in giving me ideas on how to grow it as well as offering wisdom from somebody who has already gone through all of this. Beth has a welcoming and encouraging demeanor which serves well in acting as a mentor for other organizers. I find her ideas to be well-thought, budget conscious, and very strategic.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Beth Randall who has been my coach and the person who most helped me get started as a professional organizer.
Right when I started working with Beth, she gave me a binder full of information that was so helpful. I came to my first session with questions and Beth provided me with answers. Then she gave me the binder and I went home and read it. I have found that, as time goes on, I keep adding information to the binder, using the categories that she started me with. Now I need a larger binder!
In all of my sessions, Beth not only shared her expertise with me, she also showed me many samples of projects that she has worked on. When it came time to get my toolbox together, Beth showed me what she had in hers.
I very much appreciate the hands-on, practical approach that Beth has used in helping me get started as a professional organizer. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting started in the professional organizing business.

Yours truly,

“Beth’s real-world knowledge of the business and down-to-earth style were the perfect combination to help me sort through the overwhelming number of tasks I thought I had to do RIGHT NOW when I first started my business. She helped me prioritize for my particular situation and to understand my goals and the practical ways to reach them. The biggest gift may have been my shadowing session — every second was a rich learning experience. Beth is a great coach!”

Thanks for everything,

When I decided to pursue a career in professional organizing, I began to talk with other organizers about how to get started. Many of them highly recommended I contact Beth Randall, who specialized in coaching new organizers. I decided to book an appointment, and was extremely glad I did. She put together a portfolio outlining the main aspects of organizing business, including networking, marketing, working with clients, and setting up a business. I gathered a lot of valuable information, which I have found to be very relevant and useful in my own business. Without the coaching services I received, I would have had no idea of where to begin. With her help I have outlined my plans and goals in getting started, and I have made great progress in establishing my professional organizing business. Thanks again, Beth!
